Hayley Fisher started here career at West Bromwich Albion at the age of 14.  In her first year she was made captain of the Ladies team and has held the position for some 7 years including the past two successful seasons for the Club. At 16 Hayley joined the full time coaching team of West Bromwich Albion’s Community Programme and developed her skills as a coach as well as a player, gaining numerous coaching awards including the FA Coaching Certificate (UEFA ‘C’ Licence).  Hayley has coached in many roles over the past 5 years and currently works for the Club in a specialist role coaching young people between the ages of 4 and 7 years of age.
